Welcome to the Black Swan, Wistow

Located in the beautiful village of Wistow, the Black Swan is a stone’s throw from Selby and only a short distance from York.

At the Black Swan you will find great beer, delicious food & fantastic times all in a traditional English country pub setting.

We are Cask Marque accredited – the sign of a great pint. Our membership is supported by the Black Sheep Brewery in Masham who supply our resident beer. We also offer ever-changing guest beers alongside a good range of lagers, wines and excellent cocktails.

The beers are complimented by our locally sourced food with offers throughout the week, including a Steak Night on Thursdays. Our traditional Sunday Lunch is served 12-7pm (bookings only after 6pm) with a selection of meats available all supplied locally.

We also have a large beer garden and playground ideal for warm sunny days, a pool table for colder nights and a great space for all family occasions.
